Marine Traffic for the Mediterranean Sea. European boats ferry people to europe

Hi everyone. Especially those in Europe. The migrants/refugees coming from Tunisia, and Libya are being ferried across the Sea on boats that originated from Europe. This is could only happen with your individual and collective governments consent. While the politicians public face disavows knowledge by saying things like, " The EU will form a committee, to check into how to 'stem the tide' of blah, blah blah."
If I was in charge of the government right now, and there was a situation of people pouring in from across the sea, hmmm? What would I do?
Probably like take a few navy ships and blockade illegal activity, the moment it leaves the shore. 15km.
It would be easy to do. See five guys in a fishing boat. great, have a nice day. 100 people on one boat, aren't going fishing. return to the shore from whence you came.
There was a book I encountered around 1997 called
WAR AND ANTI-WAR: Survival at the Dawn of the 21st Century By Heidi & Alvin Toffler.
They are futurist, think tank, social trends, etc. Within the book was a the concept  "Reducing Surplus Democracy". In the 20 years since, I've watched where & how they would accomplish this form of social engineering on western society. NATO/EU helped create this mess, now they are using the people they displaced, against you, in your own country.
Someone has to pay for the ships (Soros Foundation) and for the fuel, crew, harbour fees etc. You get my point.  This is not just some group of people who are being chased, hopped on a boat and escaped to relative safety. This is a coordinated black market operation by your own governments against you. To fracture the society by pitting you against the people they illegally brought into europe.  If you speak against it you are labelled as 'racist'. Over this side of the ocean one gets labelled, 'conspiracy theorist'. No one questions the crime.
As an outside observer of europe, No government in its right mind would create these kinds of situations unless that was their original intent.
There was a good reason Switzerland, told its people to prepare for war/dissolution of europe a year or so ago. I hope that you get your countries back.
