Shattered Union PC Trailer - Intro Trailer (plus note)
These were the types of tactical based video games (late 90's) my 2 sons & I would play together. I was really glad that I participated. Scenarios in other video games of that era used Syria, and Iran as operational threatres, especially the game the US Army/Pentagon (future warfare 2020) put out. I wanted to play & see for myself what kinda psyop/tacttical training scenarios. Loved the games by the way. They showed me that the feedback consumers were now part of TEWT. You could play as ISIS or US Army, lol. The Pentagon could war game scenarios and collect lots of data based on the creativity if our children. Dick move guys, but... moving on.
The game matched the things I'd read in; grand chessboard, Joint vision 2020, PNAC, On Killing, Warfighting, War & Antiwar. It showed me how America was planning to prosecute its 'global war of terror'. (sic).
Operation: Hegemony or Bust, has to start before they loose all legitimacy at home & or economic collapse, Constitutional crisis, or some other disaster takes place.
Even if partisan politics successfully constrains or impeaches the POTUS. The legitimacy of US government itself is being destroyed. By its own hand.
Recently, it struck me that young people have seen it before. In the games. (sarin gas attacks, mass graves
I feel that it desensitizes young adults in terms of whats happening in the world.
The video that follows is not a game I've ever played, but shows another pentagon war game.
Unfortunately, more and more it looks like the news, or on the street.
It has succumbed to its complications
These are indeed dangerous times for Americans.
