The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continued operations north of Raqqa city after capturing the 17th Division base.
It began to storm the silos area north of the city. The silos area is one of the most important ISIS defense sites in Raqqa. ISIS had used it as a tank workshop.
Meanwhile, SDF troops entered the Roman Quarter area in the western part of Raqqa city and managed to kill 21 ISIS militants during its advance.
On the other side, ISIS militants targeted a gathering of SDF fighters in Khatouniya village west of Raqqa city with an ATGM.
Moreover, ISIS claimed that it killed 15 SDF fighters and two US soldiers in Al-Mashlab district east of Raqqa city during the clashes yesterday. However, these claims are believed to be false.
Yesterday US-led coalition warplanes carried out 27 air strikes on ISIS positions inside Raqqa city, and the Marines artillery continued shelling in the city with phosphorus shells.
The ISIS-linked News Agency Amaaq published a new video of the US bombing on Raqqa city with white phosphorus.

According to reports, the yesterday US strikes killed 21 civilians and injured 19 others. According to local sources, ISIS organization has sent 300 experienced fighters from the so-called “Jaish al-A’israh” to reinforce its forces in Raqqa city.
The yesterday videos from Raqqa showed the Pandur AGMS with SDF. It is not known whether these vehicles were handed over to the SDF or that they belong to US-led coalition special forces, which are believed to take a direct role in the operation.
