Why Does The US Target Functioning Democracies For Regime Change?

The US only does these things because it is not a democracy, and never has been according to their own Constitution. "Democracy" means that a country wants peace social development for it's own people. This means that the country and it's people are not open to exploitation and domination. FOREIGN INTERNAL DEFENCE is a term I saw years ago in manuals. The US pulls hidden strings in plausibily deniabile ways that make it look like some other factor was responsible. Remember, the largest Nazi party outside of Germany was the United States of America. America is the fourth reich.
